To sign-up as a Seller to list and manage your own auctions, read the Terms and Conditions, and then go to our Seller Sign-up Form by clicking here.
To have us handle the sale on the auction for you, please read the following and click the link at the bottom of the page
marked consignment form:
- If you agree to our terms after reading the
following, please follow the instructions and you can list your items
yourself.
- There are several options for consignment fees
based on you listing your own items. $12.50 per horse, unlimited
listings for a month for $37.50, unlimited listings for a year for $210,
billed at $17.50 per month. Or, you can choose to pay a 10%
commission on the sale price of your item once the auction is over and the
horse has been sold. If you wish me to list your horses, the fee is
$12.50 per head, price break at 6 head, fee will be $12.50 each. You
must contact me at ballen6272@aol.com
and let me know what method you are choosing so I can bill you
accordingly. Payments are accepted through Paypal, including credit
cards. Consignment fees are nonrefundable. Statements will be
sent monthly.
- Pictures, registration papers, or any other pertinent data may be
sent via e-mail to ballen6272@aol.com
or mailed to Online-Equine Sales Co., 19622 SW Purity Springs Rd.,
Douglass, KS 67039 if you wish me to list your horses. I request
payment of consignment fee up front if I am listing the item for you and
will accept payment through Paypal.
- Consignors are hereby bound by the Terms
and Conditions of Consignment (completion of Consignment Form/Intent to Sell) as well
as Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Horses and all pertinent information received will be posted,
displayed, and given a lot/hip number on auction site once consignment fee has been paid
if I list your items.
- If you choose the 10% commission payment ,
after successful completion of sale, Consignor agrees to pay Online-Equine
Sales Co. Ten percent (10%) commission of the sale price within 7 days of
completion of sale. Commission can be paid by Paypal, including credit
cards through paypal.
- The Seller and Buyer (highest bidder) will be notified automatically
via e-mail within 24 hours of completion of sale. You are then responsible for
contacting each other to make final arrangements including payment, shipping, and
paperwork on animal purchased.
- HYPP test results, if known, must be disclosed on any horses
descended from the stallion Impressive.
- BROODMARE status, if known, must be disclosed on any mare in
foal. Must state if mare has been "Vet Checked"or "Believed to
Be" in foal. If mare has been vet checked in foal, paperwork is to be turned
over at time of delivery of mare. Any guarantees are totally between seller and
buyer not Online Equine Sales Co.
- Seller/Consignor has the right to Pass Out any horse up for auction
as long as the Reserve bid, if one has been set, has NOT been met.
Seller/Consignor must notify Sales Company within 24 hours of highest bid at close of
auction requesting to pass out (PO) the horse. If Reserve bid has been met, Seller is
bound by Terms and Conditions to sell said animal. If Seller/Consignor for some
unforeseen reason chooses NOT to sell a horse which has received a Reserve Bid price, the
Seller/Consignor MUST pay Sale Company 10% of the established minimum selling price.
- Seller/Consignor is responsible for payment due to Online-Equine
Sales Co. as agreed upon including any legal fees that may be necessary for Sale Co. to
collect said agreed upon fees.
- Seller/Consignor is prohibited from withdrawing any horse from the
auction site after consignment except for health reasons, in which case, a written
veterinarian statement is required. Consignment fee will be refunded or
seller/consignor may choose to list horse in auction at a later date.
- Seller/Consignor agrees that the sole intent is to list and sell
their animal at a stipulated price. Online-Equine in return will showcase their
animal and all pertinent information in a professional manner to the internet community in
a totally automated format to best facilitate the successful sale of said horse.
